Information collected may include account information, uploaded content, streaming data, AI-generated content, playback history, analytics, device information, browser information, IP addresses, payment information, and usage data. We may also collect approximate location information and cookie or tracking technology data for operational, security, analytics, and advertising purposes.
AI and Voice Technology Disclosures
AI Radio Bot may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, text-to-speech, voice synthesis, voice cloning, automation systems, and related technologies. Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended results. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before public distribution.
Users may not use the Services to impersonate any individual or entity unlawfully or deceptively, including celebrities, politicians, broadcasters, private individuals, or public figures. Users are solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions, licenses, and consents for voice cloning or synthesized voice usage.
PreciseAI, LLC expressly disclaims liability for any misuse of AI-generated or cloned voices by users.
How We Use Information
We may use collected information to operate, maintain, improve, secure, personalize, and develop the Services; process payments; provide customer support; communicate with users; detect fraud or abuse; improve AI systems; perform analytics; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our legal rights.
Music Licensing and Broadcast Responsibility
Users are solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permissions, royalties, public performance rights, synchronization rights, publishing rights, streaming rights, mechanical rights, neighboring rights, and any other legal authorizations necessary for content uploaded, streamed, broadcast, transmitted, distributed, or played through the Services.
This includes, without limitation, licenses and permissions associated with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, publishers, labels, artists, rights holders, collecting societies, and similar organizations.
PreciseAI, LLC does not provide blanket music licensing, royalty coverage, or legal authorization for copyrighted works unless expressly stated in a separate signed written agreement.
Users assume full responsibility and liability for all streamed or broadcast content and agree that PreciseAI, LLC bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever for:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PreciseAI, LLC from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, settlements, costs, or attorneys’ fees arising from user broadcasts, streaming activities, or music licensing violations.
DMCA and Copyright Compliance
PreciseAI, LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
Copyright complaints may be submitted to the Company’s designated copyright contact. Users acknowledge that content may be removed without prior notice in response to copyright complaints, legal notices, or suspected infringement.
User Content License
Users retain ownership of their content but grant PreciseAI, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to host, process, encode, reproduce, analyze, modify, distribute, display, and transmit content for purposes of operating, securing, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
This license survives account termination to the extent necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, archival operations, security investigations, or legitimate business purposes.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, upload unlawful or obscene content, misuse AI voice technologies, evade security protections, or broadcast content without proper legal rights and permissions.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for operational, legal, business, security, and compliance purposes. Subscriber-created content may be permanently deleted and unrecoverable following account termination, cancellation, suspension, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Users acknowledge that deleted data may persist temporarily in backups, logs, archives, or disaster recovery systems.
Business Transfers
Information and platform assets may be transferred, assigned, disclosed, or sold in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings, restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, asset sales, investments, or similar corporate transactions.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and PreciseAI, LLC does not guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted service availability.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISEAI, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, GOODWILL, OR CONTENT.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PRECISEAI, LLC SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PreciseAI, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from user conduct, user content, broadcasts, streams, AI-generated content, copyright disputes, licensing violations, or violations of law or third-party rights.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes relating to the Services may be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the Terms of Service. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, consolidated proceedings, or jury trials unless prohibited by applicable law.
Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Requests may be subject to verification and legal limitations.
International Users
Users outside the United States acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed within the United States or other jurisdictions where privacy protections may differ from those in the user’s jurisdiction.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Services
